These terms govern use of the website only. Engineering, advisory, project management, EPC and operations services are provided under separate written agreements, which take precedence over anything on this website.

Content on this website is provided for general information about SunWorks and its services. It is not engineering, financial, legal or investment advice and should not be relied on for any specific project without a formal engagement.

Project information, capacities and other figures are indicative, are drawn from SunWorks’ records and may be updated. Photographs marked as representative do not depict the named projects. We aim to keep the website accurate and current but do not warrant that all content is complete or error-free.

03Intellectual property

The SunWorks name and logo, and the text, graphics and layout of this website, are owned by or licensed to SunWorks. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission.

Client names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to identify organisations we have worked with. Some photographs are used under licence from third-party image libraries.
