SunWorks can be engaged during planning, mobilisation or active execution to provide an agreed level of independent project oversight. We coordinate with the owner’s team, EPC contractors, consultants and site stakeholders to review progress, risks, quality and interfaces. The engagement defines reporting cadence, authority, site presence and escalation routes. Contractual responsibility for construction remains with the appointed contractor unless the scope explicitly states otherwise.
